Hetland and Associates is a team of professional real estate
agents and residents of the Racine community. We operate under a singular focus
of providing the best client experience possible. Real estate for us is not simply
about selling properties. It is about creating lifelong relationships with
those whom we have the privilege to serve.

The consumer today has thousands of choices when it comes to
finding a real estate agent. However, we have found
that many of our competitors have a “sales” mentality. The quicker they can
sell you a home the faster they can move on to the next sale. We do not subscribe
to this train of thought. We would rather take the long road; creating a bond,
a relationship and ultimately helping you find the very best home. At the end of
the day, we want you, the consumer to be happy with your real estate transaction.
